There is some problem on exclusive spa, it does not inform customer that there is a back order for certain items. Neither Exclusive Spa read their email or reply to any email. I had an order that 1 of my items is under back order since 21 May, after so there is no news that when my item will be sent out. I had tried to email them on 26 May and there is no reply till now. There is no one picking up the call either. I am thinking if there is any one maintainin
If there is a back order, I guess customer should either get to know it first or allow to cancel the order! The least they can do is to offer customer to change to another items. But there isn't any action taken. Is this very common here? This is my third time encounteri
